Refund Policy

As stated in my Handmade section, most prims are made to order and in stock items are shown as is in their photo. I only ship out quality prims, I will not sell anything with a flaw. Remember items are made to look grungy and old. Insurance with UPS will cover any damage during shipment so a claim can be filed with UPS if your prim arrives damaged. Therefore, refunds are not anticipated or offered.
